Cakes of the week: if you thought chocolate Swiss rolls were just for Christmas then let us help you think again! Last week we created 2 birthday cakes with chocolate rolls. One was created as a pile of turf with green buttercream in the 3 rolls and the other was a volcano with red ‘lava’ rolled inside! The volcano was finished in a Jurassic theme with sugar dinosaurs and matching dinosaur gingerbread biscuits for party bags.
